A Limited Release in Blowing Rock

The first chapter of The Village on the Parkway begins with The Residences, a limited collection of 27 thoughtfully designed condominiums in the heart of Blowing Rock.

A Vision Taking Shape

The Residences mark the first phase of a larger vision to reimagine the property as a true mixed use village in the High Country. Future phases will unfold through a carefully planned, phased approach, guided by a comprehensive master plan to be submitted following the start of Phase One.

Walkable Living, Reimagined

This first phase introduces walkable living to a location already known and loved, placing homeowners just steps from Main Street and within the evolving character of The Village itself. With zoning approval secured, plans are moving forward, with site and building permits to be submitted in the coming weeks and construction to follow. But this is only the beginning.
